Well, as everyone should know, I haven't been drawing anything lately. I only drew one new picture within the past 7 months. Last night, I decided to try again and I quickly drew this pic of my beloved Arcadia-sama. I am not very happy with how this turned out... I absolutely HATE the way I drew her eyes! Oh well... my art skills are slowly deteriorating... but that just means I need to practice again.
For those who don't know, this is my newest (oc) Arcadia... she is a shapeshifting demon (she can take the form of any person or any animal). She is the villainess in my story and she hates Lumina (yes, I finally created someone who hates Lumi! *gasp!*).
Arcadia's background story is quite long... but I will say that she is a person who is full of anger, hatred, and heartache. She used to be a very kind and sweet person, until events in her life basically made her go insane. Her main goal in life is to try to make Lumina just as miserable as she is, and she takes every chance she can get to attempt to kill her. Yeah... Arcadia's got a few screws loose... I do feel bad for her, though. By the way, Arcadia is older than Lumina... she's old enough to be her mother! Also... Arcadia is partially responsible for the death of Lumina's parents.
I actually really like her eyes...and her hair...and her horns, lol. Au contraire Lumi-chan, I think your art skills are getting better with every drawing; you just need to keep practicing, as you say.

Thanks, Vara-chan! I'm glad you like her! Yeah, you seem to really like her horns! lol I'm still not satisfied with how she turned out in this one, but I'm glad other people are seeming to like her.
Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.
